At GroundWork, I provide evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). My work is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and CBT for ARFID (CBT-AR). I specialize in supporting children and adolescents who are navigating various subtypes of OCD, phobias, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depressive disorders, and ARFID, and I am deeply passionate about using these evidence-based approaches to create meaningful, lasting change. As a child and adolescent therapist, I work not only with young clients, but also their families, as I believe family involvement is essential for sustainable progress. I take an empathetic, collaborative, and client-centered approach, encouraging clients to step outside of their comfort zones while supporting them every step of the way. My goal is to help children and teens build insight into their behaviors and develop practical, lifelong tools to manage anxiety—so they can eventually become their own therapist. I believe CBT, ERP, and CBT-AR are not just therapy techniques, but skills meant to be integrated into everyday life.

Education and Background: I earned my bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University, majoring in Social Work and minoring in Psychology, and my Masters of Social Work from University of Kentucky. After earning my graduate degree, I worked as a lead therapist at Roger’s Behavioral Health within the Child and Adolescent OCD  Intensive Outpatient Program, working alongside children and adolescents with OCD, anxiety disorders, and various depression disorders, and that is where I learned and fell in love with CBT and ERP – It was here that I truly found my passion for this work. I enjoyed standing alongside clients and their families as they made tremendous progress towards their journey against OCD and Anxiety. I appreciate the opportunities to collaborate with clients to create goals that align with their values and help them reclaim their lives. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-22618 – AZ), and Registered Telehealth provider in Florida (TPIC395). I currently practice under the direct supervision of a LCSW, and CBT diplomates Marion Rodrigue and Courtney Hubscher at GroundWork.

About Me: I was born and raised in Tennessee, relocating in 2025. I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, spoiling my Miniature Dachshund, Mack, exploring new places, and traveling both within the U.S. and abroad. In my free time, I love reading, trying new coffee shops, spending time with friends, baking sourdough bread, and watching baseball games.
