At Goundwork, I provide evidence-based treatment for adolescents and adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), specific phobias, panic disorder, and anxiety disorders. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Behavior Activation (BA), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I understand that anxiety and OCD can make life feel overwhelming and keep you from engaging in the things that matter most. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable facing challenges while developing tools to overcome them. Using evidence-based interventions, I help clients build the skills needed to manage anxiety, navigate uncertainty, and respond to difficult thoughts and emotions in ways that align with their goals and values. Rather than allowing fear to dictate daily life, clients learn how to approach challenges with greater confidence and flexibility. When working with adolescents, I partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills outside of sessions and create a consistent support system that promotes lasting growth. My goal is to help each client gain the self-efficacy and tools to continue applying what they’ve learned long after therapy has ended.

Education and Background: I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz, followed by a Master of of Social Work from Louisiana State University. Prior to graduate school, I worked as a Behavior Specialist at Rogers Behavioral Health at both partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels. While at Rogers, I delivered evidence-based treatments including CBT, ERP, DBT, and BA to adolescents and adults with obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders, panic disorder, specific phobias, and depressive disorders. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW 138299 – IA) and a Registered Telehealth Provider in Florida (THLT #522). I currently practice under the direct supervision of Marion Rodrigue and Courtney Hubscher at GroundWork.

About Me: I was born and raised in Los Angeles and left California in 2023. Since then, I’ve lived in multiple states across the south and Midwest with my husband and dog, Yuzu. In my free time, I love going to the gym, doing puzzles, watching football, and cooking / baking (and eating what I make).
