The Role

We’re seeking a therapist who is passionate about CBT and committed to working with young people and families utilizing evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual CBT sessions to children, teens, and young adults.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Staying current through training and consultation in CBT practices.

Who Should Apply

  • Licensed Clinicians in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). OR Registered Interns — supervision for RMHCI is provided.
  • Grounded in a solid foundation of CBT and committed to ongoing growth in order to develop into an advanced, highly skilled CBT therapist.
  • Afternoon and evening availability is required (at least 3 nights weekly, sessions until 7pm)
  • Interest in treating anxiety, mood disorders, or BFRBs/tic disorders is a plus.
  • Experience with children in a clinical setting.

Schedule & Setting

  • Location: Maitland, FL (convenient to Orlando).
  • In-person role: Boutique private practice office setting.
  • Hours: Afternoon and evening weekday sessions required.
  • Flexible schedule.
